Schwervon!
Schwervon! is a two piece American rock band. Nan plays drums. Matt plays guitar. They both sing. They lived in NYC for 15+ years and have recently relocated to Kansas City, Kansas with their cat Gummo. Their music is an expression of imperfect love through jagged rock minimalism. Their latest album is entitled Courage. It was recorded in Memphis, Tennessee with Doug Easley (Cat Power, Pavement, Breeders). Together, Schwervon! have produced 5 full length albums, 2 seven inch vinyl only singles, in addition to touring the world and performing with: Belle and Sebastian, The Vaselines, The Wedding Present, Kimya Dawson, The Thermals, Grass Widow, The Thalia Zedek Band, Jeffrey Lewis, The Essex Green and other luminaries.
